Robbie Williams has confirmed that plans are in place for him to rejoin Take That.

As reported by BBC News, the singer was speaking to Jonathan Ross, who asked if he would be working with his former band mates again. Williams said: “Yes I hope so. We’ve got together, done bits and bobs. I can’t say much.”

A reunion has long been mooted since Take That got back together four years ago, without Williams.

The new incarnation of the band has been massively successful with two huge albums and countless sold out arena concerts. Williams, in contrast, had continued to live in Los Angeles with girlfriend Ayda Field until earlier this year.

Williams is a guest on Jonathan Ross’ chat show on BBC1 this Friday night (November 6). His latest solo album, Reality Killed The Video Star, is released next week and will be reviewed on the site soon.
