Former Moloko singer Róisín Murphy has made her new single Orally Fixated available to be downloaded for free.

The offer, for a limited time only, can be found on the Guardian’s website.

We’ve had a listen or three and we conclude that it’s…interesting. It’s not really what we expected. It sounds a bit like a Basement Jaxx track from the future.

Murphy’s vocals are as soft and silky as ever though and they alone make it well worth checking out.

The track will only be available to download until 5pm tomorrow (Friday November 13) so get a shift on.
